Several copies of these counterfeit manuals which were being used by Mr H2O Plumbing in Sydney have already been retrieved and forwarded to relevant authorities for further investigation.

These counterfeit manuals have, in some cases, been rebranded under alternative titles. For example, "Master Plumbers Industry Pricing Manual" which carries the logo displayed to the right.

Other identifiers that may indicate a counterfeit manual (not purchased directly through us) include:

• References to "Nice.com.au", "Master Plumbers Network", "MPN" and in some cases, references to other specifically named Plumbing companies appearing throughout the manual
• Text/images have a scanned & reprinted appearance
• Page margins are inconsistent throughout
